Thinking Digital Assets and How to Pick?

Did you know that even though crypto has been around for over a decade we (in the U.S.) still have NO clarity on what it is, or how it is to be regulated? In fact the current SEC chair taught at MIT and still uses outdated laws from 1946 (Howey Test)! So where does that leave us..?

Well I did not attend a prestigious university and would not be fit to make rules that govern many facets of business, technology or even financial inclusion. What I can advise on is good old common sense. I have put together my top 3 categories I look at when trying to find good crypto projects. Who is in the project? Does it have a CEO or a Dev team and do they hire real people to do real work? What are we solving for, do you see the need for this now or even 1-3 years from now? Lastly, Cost. Not just the cost for a coin but what will it need to reach for you to 2X or even 10X your returns. Remember if the charts have not shown us hit a higher price than you got in, then either you bought in at the top or you may have to hold for your coin to find new price discovery. In conclusion doing your own research will pay off. Sticking to the rough guideline presented will help on what you should be thinking when investing your money. If digging through countless web articles is not your thing then browse YouTube and find projects that interests you! Get on Twitter and see what projects are solving real world problems. However you do it just remember to stay safe and keep your crypto off the exchanges!
